We are seeking a creative and strategic professional to join our team and drive our advertising and promotional initiatives.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • 1.
  • Develop and Implement Advertising Strategies:
  • Design and comprehensive advertising campaigns across various media platforms, including digital, print, radio, and television.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and brand consistency.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine and optimize advertising strategies. 2.
  • Promotions Planning and Execution:
  • Plan and oversee promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to synchronize promotional efforts with sales targets and business objectives.
  • Manage the creation of promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content. 3.
  • Budget Management:
  • Prepare and manage budgets for advertising and promotional activities.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. 4.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaigns through metrics such as engagement rates, sales data, and customer feedback.
  • Generate reports and provide insights to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making. 5.
  • Collaboration and Networking:
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and vendors.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to remain informed about the latest trends and innovations in advertising and promotion. 6.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to support team development and success.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in advertising and promotions management, preferably within the HVAC or home services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and PPC.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform strategy adjustments.
