Key Responsibilities:
- 1.
Develop and Implement Advertising Strategies:
- Design and comprehensive advertising campaigns across various media platforms, including digital, print, radio, and television.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of messaging and brand consistency.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to refine and optimize advertising strategies. 2.
Promotions Planning and Execution:
- Plan and oversee promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to synchronize promotional efforts with sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage the creation of promotional materials, such as brochures, flyers, and digital content. 3.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for advertising and promotional activities.
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI. 4.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of advertising and promotional campaigns through metrics such as engagement rates, sales data, and customer feedback.
- Generate reports and provide insights to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making. 5.
Collaboration and Networking:
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, and vendors.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to remain informed about the latest trends and innovations in advertising and promotion. 6.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations to support team development and success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in advertising and promotions management, preferably within the HVAC or home services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to assess campaign performance and inform strategy adjustments.
