Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth & generate new inbound leads. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, oversee digital campaigns, and optimize our online presence. Your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics will be vital in generating new leads, elevating our brand and reaching target audiences effectively. Duties Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to generate new inbound leads. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to maximize ROI. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic and generate new inbound leads. Oversee content creation for blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and website updates. Assist with the strategies to build a lasting digital connection with our clients by overseeing the newsletters and promotional emails sent to our clients through various channels. Assist the marketing team by Interacting with new leads, prospects or clients and respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments & schedule presentations and meetings. Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and other analytics platforms to inform data-driven decisions. Collaborate with graphic designers to produce compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop. Maintain a strong understanding of e-commerce trends and implement strategies for performance marketing that boost conversions. Create & implement strategies for brand awareness and collaborate with influencers to attract more potential leads . Proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles with a focus on SEO, SEM, social media management, and content creation. Strong familiarity with SEO tools, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms.. Demonstrated ability to develop B2B marketing strategies within the technology or hospitality sectors. Excellent copywriting skills combined with a strategic mindset for keyword research and conversion optimization. Prepare and present ideas to attract new leads in any way to our business.
