60,000 to 75,000 per year, based on experience. About Kinective Kinective is a premium fitness and wellness brand built around community. Our Plano location is a 50,000 square foot flagship and a multi-million dollar project, opening in 2027. We bring seven boutique studios, full recovery and spa amenities, a pool, a cafe, and a retail boutique under one roof, all for one membership. We are not chasing trends. We are driven by people, by quality, and by giving members the highest level of experience in the market. We are now building our Plano team ahead of opening. The Role This is a senior, hands-on marketing role that owns three areas for the company. You will bring our paid advertising in-house, keep our marketing projects organized and on time, and build our presence in the Plano community before we open. You will work closely with our creative team, who handle design, photography, and video, and you will turn their work into live campaigns and real events. This is a boots-on-the-ground role. You will be in the field and on-site in Plano, with the autonomy to run your areas with little supervision. Because Plano is opening soon, this is a fast-paced role with a clear mission: build the brand, fill the pipeline, and create excitement in the market before our doors open. What You Will Own Paid advertising for both locations Plan, build, and manage all paid ads on Meta and Google for our Plano and El Paso clubs. Plano is pre-opening and El Paso is an established, active club, so you will be growing a live account and launching a new market at the same time. You will own the budgets, the targeting, and the results, and set up accurate tracking so we always know what our advertising is delivering. You will replace our current outside agency, so this work comes fully in-house to you. Marketing project management Act as the project manager for our marketing team. Take creative direction and assets, turn them into campaigns and events, track every task to completion, and keep timelines moving. Coordinate with vendors and keep everything on brand. You are the person who makes sure good ideas actually get executed on time. Community outreach and events in Plano Plan and run local activations, pop-up classes, and community events that build our brand before opening. This is creative, in-the-field work. Think pop-up experiences in high-traffic local spots, partnerships with the right local businesses, and events that get people talking and create content. You will find and build relationships with local partners and venues, and bring local ideas we would not have on our own. Every event must fit our premium, lifestyle brand. What Success Looks Like In your first year, success means our advertising runs fully in-house and performs better than it did with an outside agency, our marketing projects and events run on time and on brand, and our presence in the Plano community grows steadily in the months before we open. You will be measured on the results of your campaigns, the quality and consistency of your events, and the strength of the local relationships you build. We run on results, and we give you the ownership to deliver them. What We Are Looking For 5 or more years of marketing experience, with real hands-on ownership of paid ads on Meta and Google Proven ability to manage ad budgets and prove results through tracking and analytics Strong project management skills and the ability to run several things at once without dropping any Experience planning and executing events or activations from start to finish Comfortable working independently and being the marketing point person on-site Local knowledge of the Plano, Frisco, and Dallas area, with existing community relationships strongly preferred A good eye for brand and design, and the judgment to keep everything feeling premium and intentional A Plus Experience in fitness, wellness, or another premium lifestyle brand Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking Content capture skills with photo and video Why This Role Kinective is growing fast, and this is a brand new position created for our flagship.
