  • Full-time Position Overview GoFix is looking for a highly motivated, hands-on Brand Marketer / Account Manager to help grow and strengthen our brand while maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers.
This position combines marketing, customer relations, quality control, and operational improvement into one key leadership role within the company. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, professional, and comfortable both behind a computer and out in the field interacting with customers and technicians. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Growth Manage and oversee all company marketing efforts Coordinate social media, email campaigns, online presence, and branding Help create and execute marketing strategies to grow GoFix Ensure all branding and messaging aligns with company standards Work with leadership to develop promotional campaigns and customer engagement initiatives Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing commercial fleet customers Regularly check in with customers to ensure satisfaction Provide ongoing value to customers through communication, support, and relationship building Conduct in-person customer visits, surveys, and feedback sessions Help identify opportunities to improve customer retention and overall experience Quality Control & Spot Checks Conduct random spot-checks on technicians in the field Ensure technicians meet GoFix quality standards, professionalism, and procedures Verify repairs, customer interactions, cleanliness, and overall service quality Report findings and help reinforce company expectations and culture Process Improvement Identify inefficiencies within company operations Work directly with leadership to improve internal systems and workflows Help optimize processes related to customer experience, technician performance, scheduling, communication, and overall operations Assist with implementation of new procedures and accountability systems Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Professional appearance and attitude Self-motivated and highly organized Experience in marketing, customer service, account management, or operations preferred Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Comfortable visiting customers and technicians in the field Automotive industry knowledge is a plus, but not required Compensation Base Salary (Based on Experience) Performance Bonuses Bonuses for: Bringing in new clients/accounts Hitting company revenue goals / profit goals Customer retention and satisfaction performance About GoFix GoFix is a fast-growing mobile vehicle repair company focused on delivering high-quality service, transparency, and convenience to commercial fleet customers.
