This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and technical sides of modern marketing and is excited about where digital marketing, AI, search, and media are heading in the future. We are not just looking for a traditional "social media manager." We are looking for someone who can help lead and grow our digital presence, brand authority, client engagement, and online visibility across multiple platforms and channels.

Website management & optimization SEO and AI-driven search visibility Content strategy and social media growth Database marketing and client engagement Video and media coordination Lead generation and digital growth Branding and online authority Marketing systems, automation, and workflows This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and may evolve into a larger marketing department with specialized support roles over time. Managing and improving website performance and SEO Improving visibility across Google and AI-powered search platforms Coordinating content, social media, and video marketing Managing email campaigns, CRM workflows, and database marketing Supporting listing marketing and branding initiatives Implementing automation systems and marketing workflows Tracking analytics, engagement, lead generation, and growth opportunities Coordinating with vendors, developers, creatives, and team members as needed About the RJF Team:
