Here's what you'll do during a typical day: Develop and execute marketing strategies: Lead branding, messaging, and multi-channel marketing plans aligned with hotel goals, adjusting tactics based on market trends and performance data Manage planning and operations: Oversee annual marketing budgets and coordinate resources for effective campaign deployment across traditional, digital, and social media platforms Support B2B and catering sales: Partner with internal department leaders to develop marketing strategies that drive business transient, group, and event revenue across key segments and distribution channels Lead content strategy: Drive the development of compelling content and marketing assets, including digital, print, and social media Oversee agency relationships: Manage external partners such as PR, creative, and digital agencies to ensure alignment with strategic marketing goals Report on marketing performance: Deliver strategic updates and data-driven insights for leadership, ownership, and corporate meetings Cultivate a high-performing team: Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
