Job Description

MARKETING MANAGER - AUTO DIVISION
Brame Brands | Automotive Division (Autos Bravos, Bravos Auto Care, Bravos Collision) Role Overview Brame Brands is seeking a hands-on, performance-driven Marketing Manager to lead all marketing and lead generation efforts across our automotive businesses. This role is designed for a marketer who can create, execute, measure, optimize, and report — not just plan. You will be directly responsible for lead volume, lead quality, conversion insights, and marketing ROI , while also producing content and campaigns that drive real sales results. You will work closely with sales teams, location managers, and the Corporate Marketing Director to ensure marketing directly supports revenue. This is a doer role with full accountability for performance. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Performance Ownership Own lead generation strategy and execution across all automotive brands Generate leads through paid media, organic social, local campaigns, promotions, and on-the-ground content Track and analyze lead quality (good vs. bad leads) Identify which channels, campaigns, and creatives are producing high-converting leads Adjust strategies, budgets, messaging, and targeting to improve lead quality Monitor cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) Produce regular reports showing: Total leads generated Qualified vs. unqualified leads Cost per lead Revenue impact and ROI Strategy, Campaigns & Execution Create and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for: Vehicle sales Service and repair Collision services Develop campaign concepts, offers, and creative angles Build and manage content calendars aligned with sales goals Launch, manage, and optimize paid and organic campaigns Rapidly test new campaigns and iterate based on performance data Hands-On Content Creation Personally create marketing assets as needed, including: Graphic design Short-form video (Reels, TikTok, ads) Copywriting for ads, landing pages, and social posts Capture on-site content such as: Vehicle walkarounds Service highlights Promotions and special offers Execute real-time and on-the-moment marketing initiatives Data, Metrics & Reporting Own and monitor all key marketing KPIs, including: Lead volume Lead quality Conversion rates Cost per lead (CPL) Return on investment (ROI) Analyze performance across platforms (Google, Meta, social, local) Build clear, actionable reports for the Corporate Marketing Director Use insights to recommend and implement strategy changes Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with sales teams to align marketing with closing performance Meet regularly with location managers to understand inventory, promotions, and needs Collaborate with the centralized content creation team Maintain full execution capability while coordinating shared resources Report directly to the Corporate Marketing Director and collaborate on strategy Required Skills & Experience 4-7+ years of hands-on marketing experience (automotive strongly preferred) Proven experience generating, tracking, and optimizing leads Strong understanding of: Paid advertising Lead attribution Funnel performance ROI and ROAS Ability to distinguish and improve lead quality , not just volume Strong analytical skills with comfort reviewing dashboards and metrics Hands-on skills in: Graphic design Video creation & editing Copywriting Highly organized, fast-moving, and execution-focused Comfortable being on-site and reacting in real time Growth Path This role is a foundational leadership position within the Automotive Division. As the division scales, this manager will grow into leading a full automotive marketing team , while continuing to collaborate with Corporate Marketing leadership and the future CMO.
Pay:
$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
