This is a senior-level position designed for a seasoned professional who brings deep expertise in technology, client relations, marketing, and team leadership - someone who can hit the ground running with minimal direction from our CEO. We are looking for someone who already lives and breathes client excellence and operational mastery. Key Responsibilities Oversee all brand-facing service operations across accounts and campaigns Lead, mentor, and develop our awesome team of customer success representatives with a clear path for growth Establish and enforce customer service standards, workflows, and SLAs Serve as the escalation point for high-value client concerns and resolutions Collaborate with sales, creative, and development teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention Conduct meetings with brand leaders and provide marketing insights for their business Analyze client satisfaction data and implement continuous improvement initiatives Report on KPIs including retention rates, NPS scores, and response times to senior leadership Any other duties as assigned or that are needed for you and your team to succeed Requirements 5+ years of experience as a client success manager in a tech and/or digital marketing related field Proficiency with SaaS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Zendesk, or similar) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proven ability to lead and scale service teams without supervision Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills Skilled negotiator with a background in sales or upselling strategies is advantageous Would be nice if you have: Experience in a digital marketing or agency environment is highly preferred Experience in working with Franchise brands Online Image offers a generous benefit package including: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and a generous PTO plan Ready to Apply?
