$70,000-$100,000 DOE PowerHouse Roofing is building one of the most recognized home service brands in the State, and we're looking for an AI-driven creative leader to help build the content machine behind it. This role combines content strategy, AI, leadership, branding, storytelling, and execution. We're looking for someone who naturally thinks in systems, understands how attention works, and is constantly exploring new ways to create better content faster. You should be deeply involved in AI and understand how to use modern tools, automation, agents, workflows, and emerging technology to increase output, improve quality, and create leverage across the entire content operation. You'll work directly with our leadership team to grow the PowerHouse brand, build the CEO's personal brand, and help shape the future of our content department. What You'll Do Lead content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, blogs, email, and website content Use AI tools, agents, and automation to improve content production and efficiency Develop content ideas, hooks, scripts, messaging, and campaign concepts Analyze performance data and continuously improve content strategy Help build, organize, and lead our content team Improve content systems, workflows, and creative processes Research trends, creators, platforms, and emerging opportunities Bring fresh ideas, strong opinions, and creative solutions to the table What We're Looking For Strong understanding of AI tools, agents, automations, and modern content workflows Experience building, managing, or leading creative teams Exceptional communication and copywriting skills Strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience psychology Ability to think strategically while executing at a high level Resourceful, proactive, and highly self-motivated Confident leader who can identify talent, build teams, and develop people Strong understanding of social media, content distribution, and attention Experience We Value Building your own audience, personal brand, business, or media company Growing social media pages or online communities Copywriting and scriptwriting Creative direction AI-assisted content creation Content operations and team leadership Video production, editing, or filming Analytics, retention, and performance optimization About PowerHouse Roofing We believe growth extends far beyond business.
