Duties Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that encompass digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising channels to maximize brand visibility and engagement. Lead the creation and management of multichannel marketing campaigns, including SEO optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, and performance marketing initiatives. Oversee advertising sales efforts by identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and building strong relationships with media partners and clients. Utilize tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and marketing automation platforms to design compelling content and analyze campaign performance. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making. Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources across campaigns while tracking ROI and key performance indicators. Collaborate with product management teams to develop promotional strategies for e-commerce platforms and B2B markets. Create engaging copy for various channels including print advertising, social media posts, website content, and email campaigns. Monitor analytics to evaluate campaign success, adjust tactics accordingly, and report on progress to senior leadership. Skills Proven expertise in SEO, social media marketing, multichannel marketing, and digital advertising strategies. Strong knowledge of advertising sales techniques and building client relationships within diverse markets. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress (including HTML), Google Analytics, Google AdWords (including Facebook Advertising), and marketing automation tools. Experience with content marketing strategies tailored for B2B audiences and e-commerce platforms. Ability to conduct thorough research on market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaign development. Excellent copywriting skills with a focus on persuasive messaging across multiple formats. Familiarity with print advertising processes alongside digital channels for integrated campaigns. Strong analytical skills to interpret data from various sources such as Google Analytics and campaign reports for continuous improvement. Effective budgeting skills to plan expenditures aligned with strategic goals while maximizing ROI.
