The Social Media, Marketing & eCommerce Manager drives our brand's online presence, customer engagement, and digital sales through strategic initiatives. This role blends expertise in graphic design, photography, and digital marketing with analytical skills to craft compelling content, design visually striking materials, execute marketing campaigns, and spearhead eCommerce efforts to increase online revenue and conversion rates.
What You'll Be Doing:
Social Media & Content Management :
Develop and implement dynamic content strategies across platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Google) Marketing & Design :
Collaborate with the President and General Manager to execute visually compelling designs that resonate with our brand. Photograghy and Videography:
Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photography and video content for events, social media, marketing campaigns, and website initiatives while maintaining brand consistency. eCommerce & Website Management :
Spearhead and manage eCommerce efforts to increase online sales and revenue Sales & Business Development Support:
Support sales initiatives by identifying leads and aligning marketing efforts with business goals What We're Looking for in your Resume:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in graphic design, photography, digital marketing, or eCommerce (hospitality experience preferred). Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, and WordPress. Strong skills in SEO, SEM, eCommerce analytics, and tools like Google Analytics. Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo). Expertise in photography and photo editing tools (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop). Exceptional creativity, organizational abilities, and attention to detail. Proven ability to write engaging content and collaborate across teams. Experience in video editing and animation is a plus.
