Summary Leading Authorities, Inc. (LAI) is hiring a Marketing Manager to drive demand generation and pipeline growth across three business lines: LAI Video , LAI Live , and Statler Nagle . This role is central to LAI's go-to-market engine-owning the strategies and execution that attract qualified prospects, convert interest into leads, and build sustainable organic visibility. What Makes This Role Different You'll be shaping how LAI presents its three core business lines:
LAI Video :
Video storytelling and campaign production.
LAI Live :
Full-service live event design and management.
Statler Nagle :
Strategic campaigns that drive public engagement and policy change. This is both a strategic and executional role. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on marketer who can develop integrated campaigns, optimize digital visibility, and create content that attracts, engages, and converts target audiences while strengthening each brand's market position. Key Responsibilities 1. Integrated Marketing Strategy + Campaign Development Lead a shift in how LAI approaches the market by defining messaging around the problems we solve-from large-scale event experiences to strategic communications and pop-up activations. Drive demand generation efforts across LAI Video, LAI Live, and Statler Nagle, developing campaigns that bring awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. Identify and articulate the unique and shared value propositions of each business. Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, content, video, events, and web. 2. Digital Marketing Strategy + Execution Lead website content strategy across all brands, ensuring content is accurate, current, and optimized for search and AI-driven discovery. Develop and optimize content including webpages, blogs, case studies, and thought leadership assets to improve visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Partner with SEO vendors and internal stakeholders to execute SEO and AIO strategies that improve rankings, increase qualified traffic, and support conversion goals. Conduct keyword, topic, and search intent research to identify content opportunities and market trends. Collaborate with the web manager to improve site structure, user experience, content flow, and conversion performance. Monitor search performance and recommend ongoing content and optimization initiatives. 3. Sales Enablement Plan, market, and execute high touch client events, including audience targeting, attendee communications, logistics, and post-event reporting. Create and manage marketing materials that support the sales process, including pitch decks, collateral, and case studies. Provide insights and campaign data to sales leadership to inform prospecting strategies. 4. Performance Tracking Use HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM data to measure performance, track KPIs, and inform future strategies. Regularly report on campaign results and lead generation efforts. Qualifications 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in creative services, video, or strategic communications agency. Strong background in content marketing, SEO, and digital campaign strategy. Experience managing marketing projects and working across departments. Proficiency with HubSpot, Google Analytics, and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics a plus). Excellent writing, editing, and content planning skills.
