Role:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the Homepage and User Account experience and bring conversational AI to the heart of how users engage with LoopNet. This role owns the first impression and the logged-in home of every user, and will define how an intelligent, conversational assistant helps brokers, buyers, and tenants discover properties, manage their accounts, and get to value faster. You will lead initiatives that turn the homepage and account surfaces into a personalized, AI-powered front door to the #1 commercial real estate marketplace. This position is located in Arlington, VA and in office Monday through Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the end-to-end homepage and user account experience, from first-time visitor through returning, logged-in user. Define and drive the product vision for conversational AI across the homepage and account surfaces, including assistant-led search, onboarding, and self-service support. Translate generative and conversational AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences that deliver measurable value. Partner with design, engineering, and data science to deliver seamless, scalable solutions, including the underlying models, prompts, and guardrails that power the conversational experience. Improve account creation, sign-in, profile management, personalization, and notification experiences to increase engagement and retention. Drive adoption of new homepage and AI features through enablement, experimentation, and iteration. Establish measurement, quality, and governance practices for AI-driven interactions, ensuring accuracy, safety, and a high-quality user experience. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support to align the homepage and account experience with broader go-to-market and customer goals.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in person, university or college. 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions. Experience building or shipping products that incorporate conversational AI, generative AI, machine learning, or natural language interfaces. Dedication to understanding user needs through research, feedback, and data analysis, with a focus on delivering solutions that provide value and enhance the user experience. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and customer support, to drive product development and adoption. Experience with homepage, account, onboarding, personalization, or other high-traffic consumer-facing surfaces. Experience managing sprint schedules and resources in an agile-scrum development environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and data-driven product development. A track record of commitment to prior employers.
