The company is now expanding into the U.S. market , bringing its established café and dessert experience to a new audience. The company is currently seeking a Marketing Manager to support its U.S. market expansion. This individual will work closely with the global headquarters to execute localized marketing strategies, beginning with the launch of its first U.S. location in Q4 2026 and supporting continued growth through additional store openings in the years ahead. The role will be responsible for building U.S. marketing operations from the ground up, including public relations, influencer partnerships, social media management, seasonal campaigns, limited-time offers, and grand opening activations aimed at driving brand awareness and sales growth. This position requires a hands-on marketer who can operate across a broad range of marketing functions while serving as a key liaison between global headquarters and the U.S. market.
Responsibilities:
Local Marketing Management & Operations
  • Lead local marketing and product-related initiatives in alignment with HQ brand guidelines
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar and local marketing budget
  • Analyze performance based on market, customer, and sales data, and drive optimization
  • Maintain regular communication with HQ and provide execution updates/reporting PR / Influencer / Social Media Execution
  • Collaborate with local agencies (PR, influencer, digital)
  • Manage official social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Oversee content planning and production (photo/video)
  • Drive brand awareness through PR and influencer campaigns Seasonal Campaign Execution
  • Plan and execute local seasonal campaigns based on HQ strategy
  • Manage both online and offline activations and track performance LTO / New Product Launch Operations
  • Lead execution of LTOs and new product launches
  • Localize product positioning, concepts, and communication
  • Manage product lifecycle (launch/discontinue) and optimize based on performance Store Launch & Activation
  • Lead grand opening and launch marketing for new stores
  • Drive initial traffic through events, promotions, and influencer collaborations Key Qualifications
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Experience managing owned social media channels and working with PR/SNS/influencer agencies in the U.S.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. Food & Beverage / café market
  • 5-7+ years of relevant experience (Assistant Manager-Manager level)
