This is not a "manage from the office" role-you'll be in the field, coaching, training, and leading by example . You will combine sales expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on execution to drive results and develop future leaders within your team. What You'll Do Lead From the Front Actively participate in door-to-door canvassing to master the process and set the standard Train and coach team members in the field through real-time development and role modeling Demonstrate and reinforce winning scripts, techniques, and customer engagement strategies BuildDevelop a Winning Team Train, and develop Team Leads and canvassers into high-performing sales professionals Deliver ongoing coaching, role-play sessions, and performance feedback Create a culture of accountability, energy, and results Drive SalesLead Generation Execute door-to-door marketing strategies that consistently generate qualified leads Monitor team performance and adjust tactics to maximize conversion and efficiency Ensure a world-class customer experience at every interaction OperateScale the Program Manage day-to-day canvassing operations including scheduling, routing, and logistics Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize results Oversee lead validation, reporting, and data accuracy Develop short- and long-term strategies to grow your market LeadershipStrategy Collaborate with marketing leadership on go-to-market strategies Own your market's canvassing budget and performance outcomes Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership What Makes You a Great Fit Proven sales leader with 3+ years managing teams in a high-performance environment Passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing people Comfortable working in the field daily , not just behind a desk Strong understanding of sales processes, scripts, and closing techniques Data-driven mindset-able to analyze performance and adjust strategy High energy, competitive, and results-oriented The desire to learn Door-to-Door Marketing. Requirements 3+ years of leadership experience managing teams Valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong communication and coaching skills Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint preferred)
CompensationBenefits Base Salary:
$65,000-$70,000
