This role involves coordinating and executing a variety of promotional events designed to engage communities, boost brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities. As a key ambassador for our brand, you will oversee all aspects of event execution, manage vendor relationships, and ensure your teams are meeting and exceeding lead generation/sales goals. Your passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple events will drive the success of our off-site marketing efforts and elevate our presence in diverse markets. Duties Develop comprehensive event marketing strategies aligned with company goals to maximize outreach and engagement. Work closely with the Off-site Marketing Operations Manager to grow the event marketing program. Coordinate all logistics for off-site events including setup, and breakdown. Manage off-site staff to deliver exceptional customer services and uphold brand standards. Upsell additional services or products during events to enhance revenue opportunities while providing excellent customer service. Build strong relationships with community partners, sponsors, and clients. Monitor event performance metrics, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and coordinate emergency procedures as needed. Maintain detailed sales records and post-event reports for accountability and analysis.

Experience:

Proven experience in event marketing or event planning within hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or vacation ownership/travel industry. 3-5+ years' experience in sales and marketing required. Must be a coach and a leader. We expect our supervisors/managers to be in the field working with their teams to lead by example and motivate. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to oversee multiple events. Effective communication skills to liaise with diverse teams, clients, vendors, and community partners.

Compensation:
