BachelorsResponsibilities Develop and execute annual and campaign-based integrated marketing plans that bring the Company's brand and product portfolio to life across paid, owned, and earned channels. Partner with creative, media, digital, PR, trade, and sales teams to ensure a unified brand presence and seamless consumer journey. Lead cross-functional collaboration between brand, product, and channel marketing to align storytelling, launch timing, and go-to-market strategy. Manage agency relationships and internal partners to deliver best-in-class campaigns - on time, on brand, and on budget. Translate consumer insights and category trends into actionable creative briefs and measurable campaign plans. Oversee campaign performance analysis, driving optimization across digital, retail, and partner channels. Champion brand consistency, ensuring company tone, visuals, and promise of outdoor living perfected are reflected in every touchpoint. Support the evolution of marketing technology, content strategy, and CRM to deepen consumer engagement and loyalty. Present campaign results and insights to senior leadership and cross-functional partners. Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. As well as 5-8+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing within consumer goods or related industries.
