At Fidium, we believe in doing more for our customers, and that starts with the people behind the strategy. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Customer Base Management team, leading targeted marketing efforts focused on customer retention, cross-sell, and revenue growth within our residential and microbusiness segments. Reporting to the Director of Base Management, this role spans strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is someone who can read the data, find the story, and build the campaign that acts on it. Responsibilities Customer segmentation & strategy Design and execute comprehensive strategies to reduce churn, drive gross adds (cross-sell), and grow revenue through upsell Segment the base by customer cohorts and build personalized campaigns specific to them Own the end-to-end customer experience across every campaign, ensuring messaging, timing, and delivery work together from first impression to final interaction Lead development of messaging for marketing campaigns, notifications, as well as technology transformation initiatives Prime initiatives that improve customer experience and operational outcomes Integrated communications Own and execute an integrated customer communications strategy across email, SMS, and direct mail Build and manage end-to-end automated campaigns Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Care, Sales, Marketing, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Legal teams Share regular KPI updates, campaign performance results, and key insights with stakeholders Analytics and insights Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, including customer and NPS feedback, to drive informed marketing decisions Identify churn drivers through in-depth analysis and build data-backed retention initiatives Leverage AI-powered tools and platforms to accelerate customer segmentation, churn prediction, and campaign personalization at scale Define, monitor, and report on program KPIs to evaluate success and shape future strategy Use MS Excel and Tableau to extract meaningful insights from datasets Qualifications 5 - 7 years of marketing experience in a telecommunications or technology company Proven track record of driving programs that impact bottom-line performance across base management KPIs Exceptional project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills Self-starter who can handle ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing environment Strong analytical and financial skills, including the ability to build business cases Proficiency in MS Excel and Tableau Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and a curiosity for applying emerging technology to customer strategy Experience with HubSpot is considered an asset BA/BS required; MBA or equivalent preferred Benefits Offered We are proud to offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package: 401(k) matching Medical, Rx, Dental and Vision insurance Disability insurance Flexible spending account Health savings account Life insurance Tuition reimbursement Flexible Time Off Paid holidays Employee Assistance Program Annual bonus program to eligible employee's based upon organization performance Salary Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $76,244 - $115,571 Annually Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, marital status, familial status, genetics, disability, age, veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
