Digital Marketing Manager - Work for Warriors (VTARNG)

Full-Time Overview A-Team Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to support the Vermont Army National Guard (VTARNG) Work for Warriors (WFW) Program. This role is responsible for developing and managing digital content, social media presence, and multimedia campaigns to promote program services and engagement with Service Members, Veterans, Reservists, and their families. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media and web platforms Create engaging content, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials Manage social media accounts and analyze performance metrics Produce and edit multimedia content including videos, podcasts, and digital assets Maintain and update website content using CMS platforms Support outreach efforts through branding and marketing initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or related field 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva Experience with video/audio editing and multimedia production Familiarity with web content management systems (CMS) and social media analytics Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills Interested, qualified candidates can apply on Indeed or send their resume to Lisa Benjamin at lbenjamin@a-teamsolutions.com
