Job Description At Alaska Airlines, we are looking for a Market Customer Intelligence Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our customer insights and market intelligence efforts to enhance our competitive edge. The Market Customer Intelligence Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of customer intelligence strategies, ensuring that we have a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences. This position will work closely with various departments to integrate customer insights into our business strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of customer intelligence strategies to inform business decisions. Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that drive customer engagement. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate customer insights into strategies. Manage customer research projects, including surveys and focus groups. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track customer metrics. Train and mentor team members on customer intelligence best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in market research or customer intelligence. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments. Experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus.
