Description Robert Half is partnering with our client in this search, a Fortune 500 leader in the cloud technology and digital services industry, to hire a Marketing Program Manager for a highly collaborative global marketing operations team. This is an exciting opportunity for a program management professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys driving operational excellence, and is passionate about enabling large-scale integrated marketing initiatives through Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

The Marketing Program Manager will support a global integrated marketing organization focused on large-scale demand generation and customer engagement initiatives. This role will drive cross-functional alignment, execution, delivery timelines, and process optimization across complex marketing programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, experienced in Agile program management, and comfortable managing ambiguity, collaborating across stakeholders, and improving operational efficiency through process standardization, automation, and AI-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead Agile program management processes across integrated marketing and campaign initiatives + Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, standups, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking + Maintain shared roadmaps, timelines, delivery dashboards, and status reporting across cross-functional teams + Partner closely with marketing, digital execution, analytics, content, customer experience, and lead management teams to ensure alignment on deliverables and business priorities + Coordinate workstream kickoffs and manage interdependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders + Identify project risks, blockers, and dependencies, proactively escalating issues and driving resolution + Support continuous process improvement initiatives focused on scalability, operational efficiency, automation, and AI-enabled workflows + Develop and maintain program documentation, templates, SOPs, and operational best practices + Drive consistency in backlog management, prioritization, and Agile ways of working across teams + Analyze retrospective feedback and implement improvements to optimize team performance and delivery quality + Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organizational objectivesRequirements Qualifications:
+ 3+ years of program management experience within marketing, digital campaigns, operations, or related environments + Experience leading Agile ceremonies and supporting Agile delivery methodologies + Strong understanding of integrated marketing workflows, campaign operations, or demand generation programs + Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and coordinating complex project timelines + Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Workfront, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar platforms + Familiarity with workflow management, sprint planning, backlog management, and process optimization + Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously + Experience building operational frameworks, documentation, SOPs, and delivery processes + Comfortable working in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments with evolving priorities + Agile and/or Workfront certifications are preferred or can be obtained during the engagement Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
