Job Description

Description The Social Marketing team focuses on ensuring the right content reaches the right customer wherever they are on social. We connect customers to relevant products through engaging, timely, and contextually meaningful experiences. We continuously evolve how products are discovered by translating customer behavior, cultural trends, and platform dynamics into content that feels native, personalized, and aligned to how customers shop today. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support the development and execution of social marketing campaigns. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, trend-driven content, and creator-led advertising. We are looking for a marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate business and brand objectives into social-first content. The marketer will support the creative pipeline for high-visibility social moments, identify opportunities to make content more relevant and engaging for customers, and partner cross-functionally to scale creator-led advertising programs. This individual will work closely with creative, product marketing, merchandising, and creator teams to ensure content is on-brand, customer-relevant, and optimized for performance. Key job responsibilities
  • Develop social-first creative concepts and assets that are visually consistent, culturally relevant, and aligned with Social Marketing's brand guidelines.
  • Monitor social and cultural trends, surfacing opportunities for the marketing team to engage customers through timely, high-relevance content.
  • Partner with creator teams to support creator-led advertising programs, helping translate creator content into scalable social campaigns that align with customer needs and business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end creative workflow for assigned projects, from brief development through final delivery, ensuring assets are delivered on time, on spec, and within brand standards.
  • Work closely with Merchandising, Creator Programs, Product Marketing, and Marketing teams to align creative output with campaign goals and customer needs.
  • Track and report on creative performance to identify learnings, inform optimization, and improve future campaign execution.
  • Build and maintain scalable creative templates, guidelines, and toolkits that help the team move quickly across seasonal, tentpole, and trend-driven moments. Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
  • Experience in social content creation Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
  • Experience managing creative workflows using project management tools
  • Familiarity with paid social advertising
  • Knowledge of creator economy trends and influencer marketing best practices
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with competing priorities
  • Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
  • Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
