Responsible for managing the end-to-end marketing campaigns for local services, including budget planning, goal setting, resource allocation, and post-campaign analysis. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experienced in managing end-to-end campaigns and performance marketing tied to revenue, sales, and/or GMV, including operations, content marketing, and transactional marketing, preferably within lifestyle businesses, marketplace, or travel/OTA e-commerce. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven experience managing full-cycle marketing campaigns, including planning, launch, optimization, and reporting. Strong project management skills and experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple teams. Hands-on executor, not just a strategist. Experience in fast-paced consumer tech, marketplace, or travel/OTA environments. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; ability to interpret data, identify problems, and develop constructive solutions, especially focused on ROI and campaign efficiency. Job Information [For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually) The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $151050 - $273600 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
