The Marketing Manager supports brand growth, sales velocity, and community awareness across multiple residential developments. This role manages day-to-day marketing execution across land development, new construction home sales, and brand initiatives while ensuring consistent messaging and measurable performance. This position plays a key role in driving traffic, supporting on-site sales teams, and elevating the presentation of our communities. It is ideal for a driven, organized marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to help build communities from the ground up. Key Areas & Responsibilities Community-Level Marketing (New Construction Focus) Maintain and update community webpages and digital marketing assets. Capture photography, videography, and drone content (equipment provided). Assist in developing and executing subdivision-specific marketing campaigns. Ensure signage, flyers, and on-site marketing materials are current and consistent. Track traffic, lead sources, and buyer engagement across communities Sales & Brokerage Support Create and update marketing flyers, site maps, and brochures for each subdivision. Support Manor Realty Group agents with listing assets and marketing materials. Coordinate open-house marketing and weekly sales promotions. Assist in managing preferred lender and partner marketing contributions. Help streamline lead flow and CRM integration (HubSpot, QR codes, etc.). Brand & Social Media Management Manage and grow company presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms. Develop and execute a consistent content calendar (2-3 posts per week). Capture and highlight construction progress, milestones, and community features. Support leadership announcements, project updates, and storytelling content. Ensure brand consistency across affiliated companies. Coordinate photography, videography, and branded content. Development & Project Marketing Assist in preparing memorandums, presentations, and investor materials. Coordinate marketing for builder and partner outreach on new subdivisions. Help position projects with clear messaging around product type, pricing, and vision. Analytics & Performance Tracking Track website traffic, campaign performance, and lead conversion metrics. Monitor cost-per-lead, cost-per-sale, and overall marketing ROI. Provide monthly marketing reports with actionable insights. Recommend strategy adjustments based on performance trends. Qualifications 3-5 years of marketing experience (real estate, homebuilding, or development preferred). Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media strategy. Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously. Strong writing, organization, and communication skills.
