We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Manager that knows our world and can lead our marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility, and drive customer engagement. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, focusing on digital channels such as social media, email marketing, and SEM (Search Engine Marketing). Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Advertising to increase lead generation and brand awareness. Oversee content creation across multiple platforms, including website management with WordPress, social media management, and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, increase lead generation. Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools and implimentation to improve website ranking, enhance organic traffic, and boost conversion rates. Increase lead gen. Analyze marketing performance through Google Analytics and other analytics tools to refine campaigns, improve ROI, and report on key metrics regularly. Implement marketing automation techniques to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent branding across all channels while supporting B2B marketing efforts. Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM (including Google AdWords), and analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL knowledge is preferred. Skilled in content creation, copywriting, graphic design (Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite), and social media management across platforms including Facebook Advertising. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and email marketing strategies to nurture customer relationships effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for performance optimization. Excellent communication skills paired with a proactive attitude toward campaign development and execution. Take over vendor skills as well as managing outside vendors Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in home services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) and in the Portland and Vancouver markets. Experience managing budgets and optimizing ad spend. Strong Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing expertise. Hands-on content creation skills (writing, graphics, video). Understanding of the latest SEO best practices. Comfortable with WordPress website management and ability to direct web development according to current or emerging trends. Ability to analyze data and track marketing ROI. Must be able to manage CRM and all customer experience tools that are part of marketing funnels as well as call center scripting stucture of customer experience Must Enjoy standing above the competition and bring new effective ideas Proven Roi within past Marketing work Strong project management, delegation, and vendor negotiation skills. Must have a creative execution, be able to speak and write content with a D&F voice and brand as well. Must feel comfortable working with a sales team and speaking in public.
Pay:
$77,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
