Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics. Conduct social listening to track brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies. Optimize content for search engines (SEO) by integrating relevant keywords and hashtags to increase organic reach. Coordinate with public relations teams to manage brand reputation and craft positive media relationships. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and web analytics platforms to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for growth. Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to maximize reach and ROI. Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation that aligns with branding standards. Maintain consistent branding across all digital channels while supporting e-commerce initiatives through targeted digital marketing efforts. Experience Proven experience managing social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms with measurable results. Strong proficiency in content creation tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software. Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for monitoring brand presence online. Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Experience managing Facebook Advertising campaigns and understanding of digital advertising metrics. Ability to craft compelling copy with excellent proofreading skills that reflect brand voice. Background in relationship management within public relations or influencer collaborations is a plus.
