• Full-time Job Overview Social Media & Marketing Manager We're a fast-growing landscape company in Appleton, Wisconsin, looking to double in size every year.

We need a driven, creative full-time Marketing Manager to own our brand presence and content. You'll be responsible for: Shooting, editing, and posting high-quality video content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube Managing all social media accounts and growing our online following Creating marketing campaigns that drive leads for our landscaping services Building and executing the overall marketing strategy as we scale We're looking for someone who: Has strong video editing and content creation skills Is comfortable being on camera and filming in the field Brings fresh, creative ideas and takes initiative Is young, motivated, and excited to grow with a rapidly expanding company This is not a part-time or short-term role. We're looking for someone with a long-term vision who wants to build something big with us.
