We're looking for a digital marketer at the core someone who has built a career running and measuring the channels that drive qualified pipeline. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will drive demand for our Co-Ownership, Co-Lease, and Charter programs. You'll work alongside the Director of Brand & Creative a peer who owns voice, visuals, and creative production. Marketing runs the channels and the engine; Brand & Creative makes the work. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll set the strategy, lead a team of two to four, and move comfortably between planning, execution, and review. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong opinions about modern digital marketing, and is open to integrating AI tools into how the team works.
Job Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning:
Set the annual strategy, budget, and priorities in alignment with revenue targets. Build the go-to-market plan for new program launches, including the upcoming wholesale offering.Demand Generation:
Own the demand engine across paid, organic, lifecycle, and content. Manage performance budget and execution across Google Ads, paid social, and programmatic platforms like StackAdapt. Drive measurable lead volume and quality for sales each quarter.Digital, Web & MarTech:
Share ownership of jetout.com content strategy, conversion, and SEO using tools like SEMrush. Own the marketing technology stack and ensure HubSpot is configured to support the work.Lifecycle & Email Marketing:
Run lifecycle marketing in HubSpot. Build segmentation, automation, and campaign workflows that move prospects from awareness to close and keep current owners engaged.Content & Editorial:
Own the content calendar across web, email, and social. Brief Brand & Creative on production and manage social channel strategy, cadence, and engagement.Events & Field Marketing:
Plan and execute owner events, prospect events, and industry presence. Develop partnerships that extend Jet OUT's reach into current and future markets.Cross-Functional Partnership:
Brief Brand & Creative on campaigns and assets with clear strategy and timelines. Serve as the marketing voice in cross-functional planning with sales, operations, and the executive team.Measurement & Reporting:
Build the metrics framework that ties activity to pipeline and revenue. Maintain dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into channel performance, lead quality, and ROI.Team Leadership:
Lead, develop, and grow the marketing team, including the Marketing Coordinator. Hire to fill gaps as the company scales. Manage the team's cadence in Monday.com with a clear rhythm of planning, reviews, and retrospectives.AI Tool Adoption:
Integrate AI tools content, audience research, campaign optimization, reporting into the team's workflow where they create real leverage.Continuous Improvement:
Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform changes across HubSpot, Google Ads, StackAdapt, SEMrush, Meta, and LinkedIn. Recommend strategy and tooling improvements that support growth. Requirements A career built in marketing paid, organic, lifecycle, web, content, and analytics. Track record of leading marketing teams and delivering measurable demand generation results. Hands-on with Google Ads, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn), and programmatic (StackAdapt or comparable). Strong SEO fundamentals and hands-on experience with SEMrush, Ahrefs, or comparable tools. Experience running a marketing team in a project management tool like Monday.com or Asana. Proven partnership with brand and creative teams briefing well and shipping great work together. Direct people management experience hiring, coaching, and team development. Strong written communication and a high bar for the work that goes out the door. Comfort in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Openness to learning and adopting AI tools as part of the team's workflow. A bias toward measurement, accountability, and clear reporting. Strongly Preferred Experience marketing to high-net-worth individuals, business owners, or C-suite buyers. Background in private aviation, luxury, or premium service categories. Experience launching new products or programs into market. Familiarity with B2B marketing motions (relevant for our wholesale program). Relevant certifications (HubSpot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar).
