This role is perfect for a proactive leader with a passion for outside sales, B2B relationships, and innovative marketing strategies. You will manage a team. Responsibilities Lead outside sales efforts by identifying new business opportunities within the roofing, siding, and window sectors B2B clients to generate leads and close sales Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profitability while meeting customer needs Provide leadership to the sales team through coaching, training, and performance management to meet or exceed targets Requirements Proven experience in outside sales within roofing, siding, windows or related home improvement industries Strong management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively Demonstrated success in B2B sales and business development activities Knowledge of marketing principles and experience executing marketing campaigns Familiarity with technology sales platforms such as Salesforce or similar CRM tools Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data and market insights for strategic decision-making Exceptional customer service abilities combined with leadership qualities to motivate teams and foster client loyalty Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions while maintaining a proactive approach Join us if you're driven by challenges, energized by growth opportunities,.
