The Digital Marketing Manager is a strategic leader responsible for driving brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital channels. This role oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and brand standards. The manager leads initiatives in SEM, social media, content strategy, email marketing, and user experience, while staying ahead of digital trends and technologies. This role requires a blend of creative vision, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and lead multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation, nurture existing leads, and support sales objectives. Own the digital campaign lifecycle—from ideation and design to deployment and performance analysis.Digital Advertising & Social Media:
Oversee paid and organic social media efforts, including ad creation, targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking. Guide the development of engaging content and scheduling across platforms to maximize reach and engagement. Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Manage and optimize paid search campaigns, ensuring alignment with keyword strategy and ROI goals. Monitor analytics and adjust tactics to improve visibility and conversion rates.Content & Email Marketing:
Lead content strategy for blog posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials. Manage CRM-based email marketing initiatives, including segmentation, automation, and performance reporting.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all digital touchpoints. Collaborate on video production and multimedia content for YouTube, social media, and web platforms.Digital Experience & Tools Management:
Oversee the Home Visualizer program, ensuring optimal user experience and digital presence. Support customers with digital tools, including website navigation, visualizer usage, and photo assets.Creative Direction & Asset Development:
Support the creation of promotional videos and digital assets, coordinating with internal designers or external vendors. Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written content. A Wausau Supply Digital Marketing Manager will possess and/or demonstrate the ability to: Tactical and strategic critical thinking with ability to turn digital marketing analysis and insight into action Excellent written communication skills Passion for continuous learning Self-motivated and demonstrated independent initiative Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a project-oriented team environment Remain highly organized, flexible, and able to react well to immediate issues with attention to detail and deadlines Education /Experience:
Required:
Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant experience (3+ years) Demonstrated knowledge of digital engagement techniques, tools and measurements Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM/marketing automation platform experience Experience with managing social media platforms for a business Experience using Wordpress platform and basic html skills Facebook Blueprint certification a plus Adwords and/or Google Analytics certifications a plus Experience inAdobe Creative Suite CC:
InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects a plus Working Demands /Physical Requirements:
General office conditions with continuous sitting with heavy computer usage. Occasional short-term out-of-town travel. Overtime will be needed when priority projects need completion. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Reports to:
