• Full-time Wyoming Farm Bureau Federation is currently hiring for a full-time Marketing and Engagement Director to join our team.

This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to advance the organization's goals and policy priorities, enhance the organization's brand, generate positive media visibility, and ensure strong communication with members and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for creating meaningful member experiences and ensuring that programs and services align with member needs and organizational goals. This full-time position is located at the home office in Laramie, WY and typically works 40 hours per week between 8 am to 5 pm , Monday-Friday . You can expect a competitive wage between $5,225

• $5,703 per month, depending on experience.

REQUIREMENTS FOR MARKETING AND ENGAGEMENT DIRECTOR

In this full-time position, you will operate in a professional office environment. This role requires the general dexterity to perform the essential functions of the position, including operating a computer and moving office products/supplies. While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to communicate via in-person and virtual interactions, including telephone communications. Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree. Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Ability to manage and prioritize projects while working on a deadline.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience developing and implementing efficient marketing and engagement strategies. Experience in marketing, branding, public relations, and leadership training with a focus on strategic communication. Experience planning events or member-based programming. Proficiency in marketing and communication tools. Analytical skills to determine effective ways to convey a message. Experience managing social media platforms.
