In this full-time position, you will operate in a professional office environment. This role requires the general dexterity to perform the essential functions of the position, including operating a computer and moving office products/supplies. While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to communicate via in-person and virtual interactions, including telephone communications. The following are required for the duties performed by theMarketing and Engagement Director:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree. Excellent written, verbal and digital communication skills. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills. Ability to manage and prioritize projects while working on a deadline.Preferred Requirements:
Experience developing and implementing efficient marketing and engagement strategies. Experience in marketing, branding, public relations, and leadership training with a focus on strategic communication. Experience planning events or member-based programming. Proficiency in marketing and communication tools. Analytical skills to determine effective ways to convey a message. Experience managing social media platforms.
