Job Description

Role:
Responsible for the planning, creation, and tracking of email and direct mail marketing campaigns and data-enhanced branding efforts for AmFirst.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Provides operational support to direct and segmented marketing campaigns and email marketing strategies. Implements campaign performance optimization initiatives, behavioral targeting, and other best practices. Aids in monitoring, analyzing, and reporting performance results for all campaigns and metrics. Works to gather marketing data from the internal Business Intelligence department for campaign planning. Ensures consistency across applicable branding efforts and compliance with internal standards and practices. Assists with the end-to-end execution of direct mail campaigns as well as other digital marketing initiatives. Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendor/business partners (e.g., mailhouses, graphic designers) to effectively implement business and marketing strategies. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements:
Leverages learnings to continuously optimize and inform future planning and campaign forecasting. Ensures timely communication of initiatives as well as any system changes and integration. Continuously develops knowledge of email and direct mail best practices and trends. Provide informed, professional, and accurate service and support to all members and employees.
Knowledge and Skills:
Experience :
One year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education :
(1) A bachelor's degree, or (2) achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g., information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
Interpersonal Skills :
Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills :
Must have experience creating and executing email marketing campaigns. Experience with CRM/MCIF and/or database marketing. Must have experience using Google Analytics. Knowledge of direct response marketing concepts, effective strategy, and methods. Accuracy and attention to detail, with strong analytical ability, are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (grammar and spelling). Must have strong organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Must have experience with content creation. Copywriting experience is a plus. Experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing is a plus. Web/HTML/CSS skills are a plus. UX research experience is a plus. Self-starter, works well in both independent and team environments.
Physical Requirements:
Light lifting required.
Work Environment :
Occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
