Colonel Glenn Little Rock, Arkansas General Summary:
This position works under the direction of the Director of Marketing and Development. The Digital Marketing Specialist supports overall marketing objectives and independently develops and implements strategies to optimize the lead generation process, manage the referral pipeline, and design, monitor, and analyze campaigns that effectively nurture prospective clients. This position requires advanced knowledge in Salesforce, lead lifecycle management, customer journey optimization and digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch campaigns, analyze performance, and enhance referral pathways to maximize organizational growth.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the identification, nurturing, and conversion of prospective clients through various referral channels, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads. Monitor and improve the referral pipeline and customer lifecycle, from initial contact to successful conversion, by analyzing data and refining processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness. Execute and analyze targeted outreach strategies across multiple channels, including email, phone calls, and digital platforms, to nurture high-value leads. Develop marketing and outreach campaigns to attract and retain referrals utilizing multiple channels (e.g., CRM/Salesforce, Digital Marketing, and Community Outreach), adjusting strategies as needed to improve lead quality and conversion rates. Build comprehensive reporting related to campaign performance. Analyze the results of lead generation campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable recommendations to enhance future efforts. Develop strong relationships with external partners, referral sources, and stakeholders, ensuring a continuous and high-quality stream of leads.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong written and verbal skills; ability to read, analyze and interpret professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, patients, licensed associates and the general public Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions Basic understanding of calculation of figures for use in patient statistics and accounting and billing procedures Must have the ability to communicate with varying specialized audiences, including medical professionals, parents, and caregivers Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field, strongly preferred. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in referral management, business development, marketing, or lead generation, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns and optimizing referral processes, particularly in healthcare or clinical settings. Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation. Advanced knowledge of marketing strategies, lead nurturing, and campaign execution. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, address challenges in the referral pipeline and optimize systems. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, both internally and externally. Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, including compliance with
HIPAA, CMS
guidelines, and Joint Commission standards, is preferred. Extensive experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing leads, tracking referral data, automating workflows, and generating reports to optimize the referral pipeline. Physical Demands and Work Environment Team members are required to sit, stand, talk, see, walk and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to personally restrain patients. Must maintain a current tuberculosis skin test. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.
