Job Description

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for the consistent and accurate creation, scheduling, and management of job posting content across all social media channels and job boards. This role ensures that CLJs open positions reach the right candidates quickly, on-brand, and through the right channels. The Marketing Specialist works closely with the Senior Marketing Specialist and collaborates with the recruiting team to keep job content accurate, timely, and effective. This is an entry-level role within the CLJ Marketing team. Job Posting Content Production
  • Create, format, and schedule job posting graphics and copy across all active social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok using established templates and brand guidelines
  • Manage job postings across relevant job boards and platforms including GasWork and others, ensuring postings are accurate, current, and aligned with recruiting priorities
  • Execute the job posting workflow in Asana from intake through publication, capturing all required task data including requesting recruiter, Bullhorn job ID, and target completion date
  • Coordinate with recruiters and account managers on new job requests, priority postings, and posting updates or closures
  • Ensure all published job content is accurate, on-brand, and optimized for visibility on each platform Content Support
  • Assist with content creation and batching for recurring series including Feature Fridays, Trivia Tuesdays, Sunday Fun-Days, and weekly mini job boards
  • Assist with creation of marketing materials for conferences and events as needed
  • Provide general marketing support to both CLJ and PLJ as directed Community Support
  • Monitor social media channels for comments and engagement on job posting content and route inquiries to the appropriate internal team members
  • Assist with community management tasks as directed Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • One year of social media marketing or related experience
  • Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Express for graphic creation
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and content scheduling tools
  • Polished and professional written communication skills with excellent grammar, punctuation, and attention to detail
  • Highly effective organizational skills with the ability to manage high- volume, deadline-driven production work
  • Ability to work effectively with a team and independently
  • Ability to work on-site in Little Rock, Monday through
