Hourly + Commission (discussed during interview, based on experience and book of business) About the Role Vox Restoration & Construction is a fast-growing fire, water, and mold restoration contractor headquartered in the East Valley and serving the entire Phoenix Metro area. We're known for speed, reliability, and a "we handle everything start to finish" approach. We're looking for a proactive, people-first marketer to help us deepen relationships across the Valley. What You'll Do Travel business-to-business throughout the Phoenix Valley building relationships with insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, realtors, and other referral sources Drum up new work through in-person visits, follow-ups, and relationship nurturing Represent Vox with calm authority and professionalism Track activity and follow-up cadences with assigned accounts Attend lunches, networking events, and ride-alongs as needed What We Provide Company vehicle Company credit card for fuel and client-facing expenses Established brand and reputation across the Valley Direct support from leadership What We're Looking For Proactive self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do Strong people skills — comfortable walking into any business cold and building rapport Reliable, professional appearance and demeanor Valid AZ driver's license and clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Strong communication and follow-through Willingness to travel throughout the Phoenix Metro area daily Big Pluses Existing book of business (insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, realtors, etc.) Bilingual English/Spanish Background in restoration, construction, insurance, or B2B field sales Compensation Competitive hourly base plus commission structure.
