Tired of Hearing "We Don't Have the Budget"? Not here. We are a growing remodeling and roofing company with ambitious goals and a substantial marketing budget to support them. We're looking for a marketing manager who gets excited about generating leads, building a brand, testing campaigns, and scaling what works. You'll have the resources, support, and autonomy to make a real impact. This role is for someone who: Thinks in ROI, CAC, CPL, and revenue Gets excited when leads hit the CRM Can challenge agencies and vendors with confidence Understands attribution, tracking, and marketing data Moves fast, makes decisions, and owns outcomes Prioritizes results over process when necessary You do NOT need to be the person running every ad platform, but you MUST understand: CRM integrations Tracking pixels Lead attribution Marketing analytics Funnel performance Responsibilities Manage and hold marketing vendors/agencies accountable Increase qualified lead flow within budget Ensure accurate tracking from ad spend to closed sales Monitor and improve marketing ROI Identify what's working using data—not opinions Manage social media and push messages to all channels Own process related to project photos, videos and testimonials Build and maintain referral program and referral alliances + Own marketing collateral, creative and execution; work with Sales Manager to determine programs based on needs Ideal Background Home services marketing Growth marketing Marketing operations Performance marketing Multi-channel lead generation You Are Probably NOT a
