We are looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant with the skills, knowledge, and ambition to operate as a cornerstone of our digital marketing agency. This role demands a self-motivated, experienced professional who can seamlessly manage new customer acquisition, service delivery, and retention strategies without requiring supervision. For the first 90 days, in-office collaboration is required to build chemistry, establish best practices, and align with our team's values and vision. After this period, the position transitions to remote. If you don't already possess all the necessary skills, you should be ready to learn directly from our CEO, who will personally mentor you in the art and science of digital marketing. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow with a company led by an industry expert. Key Responsibilities:
New customer acquisition. Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new clients. Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to generate leads and convert prospects. Design and deliver compelling pitches that communicate Hello Support's unique value proposition. Service Delivery:
Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for clients, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content creation, and branding. Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to achieve optimal results. Ensure timely and professional delivery of client projects and initiatives. Customer Retention:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by consistently exceeding expectations. Conduct regular performance reviews, providing insights and recommendations to clients. Proactively address client concerns and innovate solutions to retain long-term partnerships. Skills and Qualifications:
Proficient in all facets of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media advertising, content strategy, email marketing, and analytics. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience in client acquisition, servicing, and retention. Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
