Job DescriptionThis individual will be responsible for executing advanced marketing analysis, building and maintaining reporting infrastructure, and delivering reliable performance insights across the marketing funnel. While familiarity with marketing operations is helpful, this role is primarily focused on analytics, reporting, and data visualization.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Power BI dashboards that provide visibility into full-funnel marketing performanceWrite complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sourcesTranslate large, complex datasets into intuitive, business-ready reporting solutionsStandardize reporting frameworks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability across teamsReduce ad-hoc reporting needs by developing durable, self-service dashboardsConduct in-depth analysis of marketing channel performance, lead generation, conversion metrics, and ROIIdentify trends, performance drivers, and optimization opportunitiesDevelop actionable insights that improve efficiency and effectiveness across the marketing lifecyclePartner with stakeholders to define key performance indicators and measurement frameworksEnsure integrity and accuracy of reporting data across systemsCollaborate with marketing and CRM stakeholders to improve data structure and trackingContribute to improvements in data governance and reporting strategyPresent findings in a clear, concise, and actionable formatSupport leadership with recurring performance reporting and executive-level dashboardsHelp shape reporting best practices and influence data strategy within the marketing organizationQualificationsBachelor's degree in analytics, business, marketing, statistics, information systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or marketing analytics rolesAdvanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins, aggregations, and data transformationStrong experience building dashboards in Microsoft Power BIAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling)Demonstrated ability to transform complex data into clear, functional, and visually compelling reportsStrong understanding of business metrics and performance measurement frameworksAbility to communicate technical findings effectively to non-technical stakeholdersExperience leveraging AI-powered tools (e.g., generative AI, analytics copilots, automation tools) to improve reporting efficiency, accelerate analysis, or enhance data workflowsDemonstrated ability to evaluate and responsibly integrate emerging AI tools to streamline data preparation, insight generation, or dashboard development
