The Growth Operations Team plays a key role in enabling on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple's media products and services, including Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One. It is responsible for developing and executing day-to-day operational workflows and messaging, and it partners cross-functionally with various teams, including growth marketing, product, engineering, and the business, to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications, ultimately driving awareness of and engagement with Apple products and services. Description Responsibilities for Growth Operations roles include: Partnering with others to develop, test, and deploy customer journeys. Assessing product and strategy objectives, platform capabilities and data needs. Collaborating and communicating clearly and effectively with stakeholders and partners on complex global projects to ensure that operational plans, deliverables and risks are properly addressed and aligned. Monitoring and optimizing campaign performance for operational integrity. Identifying and communicating issues to internal teams.
