Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team in Encinitas, California. This role involves creating compelling marketing materials, coordinating promotional activities, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for connecting company goals with impactful marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans, including proposals and promotional activities.
- Create and edit detailed resumes, project descriptions, organizational charts, and other marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with technical staff to craft proposal sections and define scopes of work.
- Maintain and update website content to reflect current company initiatives and achievements.
- Coordinate with consultants and external partners to optimize marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and target audiences.
- Plan and organize special events, including designing banners, flyers, and other promotional materials.
- Ensure all marketing activities align with the company's vision and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the architecture, engineering, or construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Skilled in using Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft engaging content.
- Familiarity with basic marketing principles and database/resource file management.
- Understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and procedures.
