Job Description

A local casino is seeking energetic and outgoing Event Personnel / Brand Ambassadors to represent the company at community events and promotions. This role is responsible for engaging with the public, promoting the casino's rewards program, and assisting guests with sign-ups.

Candidates must be bilingual (Spanish/English), highly presentable, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the casino at off-site events and promotional activities
  • Actively engage with attendees and initiate conversations
  • Promote and explain the casino's rewards program
  • Assist guests with signing up for rewards memberships
  • Maintain a professional and friendly appearance at all times
  • Set up and break down event booths as needed
  • Provide excellent customer service and answer basic questions
  • Work closely with event team members to ensure successful
