Description We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our engineering-focused client. They are looking for someone with experience in hands-on execution to expand brand reach, improve lead generation, and elevate digital engagement. The role calls for someone who is comfortable using analytics, content, and marketing technology to deliver measurable results. This role will focus on executing organic digital marketing strategies with the following priorities:
Social Media Marketing:
Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram through community building and engagement
Content Development:
Transform blog articles into empathetic marketing content and extract social media posts aligned with our brand voice
Email Marketing:
Design and execute email campaigns with measurable results
Website Optimization:
Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with our graphic designer to ensure cohesive campaign execution

We operate exclusively through organic growth strategies. This role is not suited for professionals accustomed to paid advertising or budget-driven impression tactics. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong record of managing multi-channel campaigns.
