Field Marketing Representative :

Cannabiotix (CBX), Heirbloom Legacy Flower, & Highatus Edibles Central Valley, California Cannabiotix (CBX), Heirbloom Legacy Flower, and Highatus Edibles are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Marketing Specialist to represent our growing portfolio of premium cannabis brands throughout California's Central Valley. We are looking for someone who is driven, personable, professional, and passionate about cannabis culture and sales. This is an exciting opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding company and play a key role in strengthening retail partnerships and brand awareness across the region. Travel reimbursement is provided. The Field Marketing Specialist will be primarily responsible for executing budtender education programs, coordinating in-store demos and promotions, supporting retail merchandising opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with dispensary partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute in-store demos and budtender education events throughout Central California (minimum of 15 events per month) Provide product samples, branded swag, and approved promotional materials during events Educate and engage budtenders to increase product knowledge, brand loyalty, and overall sales performance Work closely with the Sales Team and Director of Sales & Distribution to better understand retail partner needs and goals Identify opportunities to improve retail visibility, merchandising, and display placement Critically evaluate program effectiveness and adjust strategies to improve participation and overall success Collect detailed feedback and complete post-event questionnaires to measure demo performance and impact Support retail partners with high-energy, professional brand representation Collect cash payments and obtain signed invoices when necessary Assist with customer concerns and provide timely feedback to management Qualifications Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and sales mentality Comfortable working independently and traveling throughout the Central Valley Knowledge of cannabis products and culture preferred Prior experience in field marketing, brand ambassador work, cannabis sales, or promotions is a plus Must be organized, reliable, and professional in retail environments What We Offer Opportunity for growth within a fast-expanding cannabis company Travel reimbursement Dynamic and collaborative team environment Hands-on experience representing premium cannabis brands
