We are looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist - Social Media & Eblastto join our Branding & Marketing Department team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a cohesive social media content and strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok etc. Schedule regular posts using social media management tools, ensuring a consistent brand voice and aesthetic. Monitor and analyze performance metrics on social media platforms to inform strategy and report on ROI. Implement growth tactics to boost followers and engagement organically, incorporating paid promotion strategies where appropriate. Design and execute eblast campaigns, from conceptualization to analysis, optimizing for performance and conversion. Utilize email marketing tools for automation, segmentation, and personalization to enhance campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with clothing brand partners to create co-branded content and cross-promotional campaigns. Shooting using both natural and studio lighting (strobes, soft boxes, umbrellas), shoot on model, on mannequin, lay flats, hanging apparels and/or on the scene. Independently create photography and/or videos for social media use. Creating marketing imagery, copywriting and materials for email blast and Ads both motion and stills. Post Production - including processing, editing, retouching, file handling of images/motion as per brand style guides Meets and sets daily expectations in naming images, adding metadata, shot counts, and completing quality control. Collaborate with design teams on creative concepts for e-commerce and corporate digital media assignments. To find and reach out to influencers on a daily basis"
Qualifications:
Apparel industry background is required. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in social media management and email marketing within the fashion industry or related field. Proficient in using social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp) and understanding of automation, tracking, and analysis. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working alongside multiple brands or stakeholders. Creative thinker with a passion for the fashion industry and a finger on the pulse of current trends.
