Job Description

The General Operations Associate is a cross-functional, task-based role designed to support day-to-day operational needs. Tasks will consistent with general office and operational support, regardless of which category below it falls under. Cross-training across all functional areas is a condition of employment. Inventory & Office Organization
  • Unpack, sort, organize, and label incoming merchandise as directed.
  • Maintain cleanliness, structure, and accessibility of all inventory and storage areas.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock verifications as assigned.
  • Support the general upkeep and organization of the office environment. Shipping & Fulfillment
  • Prepare outbound packages for customer orders including labeling, boxing, and securing for shipment.
  • Coordinate scheduling and handoff of carrier pickups and drop-offs.
  • Execute all shipping tasks in accordance with current internal SOPs and carrier requirements.
  • Support receiving and logging of inbound shipments as needed. Product Intake & Processing
  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, and preparing new inventory arrivals for intake processing.
  • Support the authentication process by scanning, logging, and documenting items using designated tools and systems.
  • Photograph products for internal use, website listings, or other business purposes as directed.
  • Tag, categorize, and document items using internal software, platforms, or spreadsheet templates. General Administrative Support
  • Perform data entry, digital filing, and recordkeeping as instructed.
  • Assist with the preparation, printing, scanning, and labeling of business documents and materials.
  • Support general office administration tasks as assigned by the Operations Lead or designate. Front Desk & Reception
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner when present in the office.
  • Answer, screen, and appropriately route incoming calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and brand-consistent presence in all client-facing interactions. Customer & Sales Support
  • Assist with responding to basic customer inquiries under the direction of the Operations Lead.
  • Coordinate follow-ups on order status, return, and exchange updates as instructed.
  • Support the sales team with operational tasks that facilitate order fulfillment and client satisfaction. Content & Brand Support
  • Assist with content creation tasks as needed, including photography, video, or digital asset preparation in support of the company's marketing or social media efforts, as directed.
  • No specialized creative expertise is required; tasks will be instructed and supervised. Team Support & General Duties
  • Provide general operational and logistical support across departments as business needs require.
  • Complete office errands and runner tasks related to office operations.
  • Support the U.S. Operations Lead with any task or project that contributes to the smooth functioning of the office, regardless of category.
  • Participate in cross-training across all operational functions as a standard condition of this role.
  • Adhere to all clock-in and clock-out requirements and take all mandatory rest and meal periods in compliance with California law.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
