This role is designed for a marketing professional who can combine brand storytelling, digital growth strategy, performance analytics, and cross-functional execution to strengthen ALC's market positioning and expand audience engagement across multiple business lines. The ideal candidate is both a strategist and operator who understands how to build integrated marketing campaigns, optimize digital performance, and elevates brand presence within a fast-paced financial services and investment environment. This individual will play a key role in shaping ALC's digital voice and supporting long-term business growth initiatives. Strategic Marketing and Brand Growth Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with ALC's business objectives, growth initiatives, and brand positioning. Identify marketing trends, industry news, and emerging opportunities to strengthen ALC's competitive presence in the marketplace. Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic campaigns, communications and corporate initiatives. Ensure all marketing communications maintain brand consistency, regulatory compliance, and audience relevance. Content Strategy and Digital Communications Lead content strategies across all digital platforms, including websites, social media, email marketing, webinars, and online campaigns. Create and oversee compelling, high-quality content including digital ads, presentations, graphics, videos, and promotional materials. Manage social media strategy, content calendars, and audience engagement initiative to increase visibility and community growth. Maintain and optimize website and blog content using SEO best practices and performance-driven content strategies. Execute targeted email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation strategies, and automated communications workflows. Marketing Analytics and Performance Optimization Establish and manage marketing performance frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness, lead generation, audience engagement, and conversion metrics. Analyze data from GA4, Google Search Console, email platforms, and social media channels to generate actionable business insights. Build dashboards and KPI reports that support executive decision-making and long-term marketing strategy. Use data driven insights to continuously optimize customer acquisition, retention, and brand engagement efforts. Develop integrated event marketing campaigns that drive attendance, engagement, and post-event conversion opportunities. Measure event performance and ROI, providing insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns. Qualifications - Required Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content strategy, brand marketing, or digital communications. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, audience targeting and campaign optimization. Experience with marketing analytics tools such as GA4 Google Search Console, or social media insights platforms. Proficiency in creative and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or similar platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and brand consistency Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
