Field Marketing Representative

We are a growing Dental organization with locations in Maywood, Gardena, and Norwalk, including one pediatric office. Our mission is to provide high-quality care while building strong relationships within our communities. We are looking for a high-energy, creative, and people-driven Field Marketing Representative who is excited to represent our organization in the community and help us grow in a meaningful way.

Position Overview:

This role blends community outreach, business-to-business (B2B) marketing, and creative engagement strategies to increase awareness of our services and grow patient volume. We're looking for someone who is not afraid to be visible in the community, start conversations, and creatively promote our services in ways that capture attention and build trust—especially in family and pediatric-focused environments. This includes being comfortable engaging with families and using fun, kid-friendly, and engaging approaches when appropriate to connect with the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct B2B outreach to local businesses, schools, daycare centers, and community organizations Participate in themed or character-based community marketing events when needed Build strong referral relationships within the community Represent our offices at events, outreach visits, and networking opportunities Creatively promote services in a fun, approachable, and family-friendly way Help bring awareness to our pediatric and general healthcare services Generate new patient leads through consistent outreach and engagement Travel between Maywood, Gardena, and Norwalk locations
