We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to support and optimize our marketing systems, campaign operations, and data processes. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN THE MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE
Support the administration and optimization of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and HubSpot, including integration with Salesforce Support campaign operations including lead routing, scoring models, nurture programs, and campaign reporting Build and execute marketing campaigns within automation platforms, including segmentation, targeting, workflows, and campaign logic Monitor system integrations and data flow, escalating issues and partnering with internal teams to resolve them Maintain and update campaign performance reports while providing insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality Support lifecycle email marketing programs through A/B testing, personalization strategies, dynamic content setup, trigger programs, and list management Partner closely with Sales Operations to align lead handoff processes, SLAs, and funnel definitions (MCL, MQL, SQL, SAO, etc.) Support process improvement initiatives that enhance campaign execution and operational efficiency Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and IS/IT teams to support pipeline generation goals and data governance standards
WHAT WILL YOU NEED FOR SUCCESS IN THIS MARKETING OPERATIONS SPECIALIST ROLE?
2-5 years of experience in marketing operations or related roles Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and HubSpot Strong understanding of campaign execution, lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign tracking processes Excellent project management, organization, and process improvement skills • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Detail-oriented, execution-focused mindset with strong follow-through abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team culture Salesforce CRM experience is preferred

Work/Life Balance:
We give you the flexibility you need to succeed, as you'll be able to work remotely in this role Hawk Ridge Systems has determined that the new hire salary for this role is approximately $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Your compensation will be based on a number of factors, including knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Since we appreciate transparency, we are sharing that we expect to hire for this position towards the middle of this range (dependent on experience/location), which will allow you the opportunity to progress as you grow in your career.
