Responsibilities:
Plan, launch, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across paid search and related online channels to improve reach and conversion performance.
Use Google Ads and Google AdWords tools to manage campaign settings, budgets, keyword strategies, and ad effectiveness.
Track campaign outcomes through Google Analytics, translating performance data into actionable recommendations for marketing improvements.
Develop and execute email campaign initiatives that support customer engagement, lead generation, and retention goals.
Evaluate audience behavior and campaign trends to identify opportunities for stronger targeting and messaging.
Partner with internal stakeholders to align digital efforts with broader marketing objectives and timelines.
Prepare clear performance summaries that highlight results, insights, and next-step recommendations for ongoing campaigns. Requirements
Proven experience in digital marketing with hands-on responsibility for campaign execution and optimization.
Practical knowledge of Google Ads or Google AdWords, including campaign setup, budget management, and performance tuning.
Proficiency with Google Analytics and the ability to interpret metrics to support decision-making.
Experience creating and managing email campaigns within a marketing environment.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and comfort working with campaign performance data.
