Job Description

Job Overview KSG is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Training Rep to join our team in partnership with Imprint and major retail brands(e.g. Crate&Barrel/CB2.). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement in the field. You will work closely with the retail store teams to create impactful marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience.
Coverage Areas:
Dallas, Houston, Austin, and surrounding areas. What you will do? The Field Marketing Representative will be responsible for training, engaging, and building relationships with Crate & Barrel and CB2 store associates equip store teams with tools and strategies to confidently offer the co-branded credit card to customers, increasing application volume and overall program engagement. This role is key in ensuring that store teams confidently communicate the benefits of the program to customers, ultimately increasing card applications and usage. This position covers designated retail territory within the XX area and requires regular in-person store visits with occasional virtual training sessions.
Engagement & Relationship Building:
Develop strong partnerships with store managers and sales associates, acting as the go-to resource for all things related to the credit card program What we are looking for? 3+ years of sales, field/sales marketing, or customer engagement experience (preferably in retail, financial services, or a related industry). Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to educate and motivate store associates. Ability to travel locally and regionally, with up to 50% travel required (occasional overnight travel may be necessary). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Experience in credit card marketing, retail sales enablement, or loyalty programs is a plus.
